This here blog is so that I can record my experiences in fermentation. I’m massively into food and cooking in general, and all kinds of preservation methods interest me, but fermentation is particularly interesting because it’s possibly the most healthy method of preserving vegetables. And also, because it is responsible for alcohol, which is something I rather like.
I am pretty sure the posts aren’t going to stay 100% on the topic of fermentation, there will be vinegar pickling. There will probably be recipes that have nothing to do with anything fermented. But it’s going to be pretty foody.
